There has been no 'hard sell' or unwanted phone calls from you, unlike most major dealers intend to do, which is really pressure selling for their own pockets, and big profits.
You have been very honest and given straight forward answers to the questions I have at times asked you before buying my recliner, you have never tried to push me into a sale, everything has been of my own free choice.
